A dream come true with a $8,000 Tax Credit!
It has been long since I started dreaming about buying my own house in California. I was in California with my parents a few years back but I had to move to Dallas after I got a good job offer from a well known Telecom company based in Richardson. I started going out with Anna, my girlfriend and we generally spend many hours talking about our dream house and the way we are going to build one in the center of California. Now that I have a pretty good bank balance and a decent credit history, I thought it was a nice time to buy a house which would match at least half our expectations. When I started inquiring my auditors and friends about building a home, they suggested this would be the best period to think about it since the deadline for the $8,000 Tax Credit has been extended. This is great news for 2010 home buyers since it will certain save a lot of money. There are a few conditions like the income cap for each individual and the total family income. Though these facts might be confusing, a video provided by Coldwellbanker.com made things easy for me to understand. So if you are looking to buy a house in the near future, I would urge you to make a decision soon and save a few thousand dollars.
